Research and Information Centers (RICs): The RICs are commodity-specific focal points for UC researchers and private and public constituencies that provide resource and information development and distribution.

Center for Plant Diversity
The Center for Plant Diversity houses a collection of pressed plant specimens. Its services are plant identification, plant specimen loans and the use of its microscopes, specimens and library to people who wish to identify their own plant collections.
